Tosca

My stage design for tosca is a minimalist exploration of space and transformation. Inspired by the surrealist canvases of Rene Magritte, I have created a dynamic set that evolves with the opera’s narrative. Two primary elements, capable of infinite configurations, as the foundation for the three acts. Through a deliberate simplicity, I aim to magnify the dramatic intensity of Puccini’s master piece, while simultaneously creating a visual language that resonates with the opera’s themes of power, obsession, and tragedy.
